I know this question sounds a bit thick, but i have been through the icons where i would of thought they would be, but cannot find any games that I have downloaded, I have read the main how to section and cannot see it up there, so it must be easy for others (blush)
awaiting help please.
Sad Crying     ps sorry I have done it as a poll instead of new topic, have tried to remove it.

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you meant.

Can you explain in more detail please.

I went into the MARKET, downloaded 3 games, saw them downloading at the top left of mobile screen with an orange icon, and cannot find where they actually downloaded to on my phone, I ended up today in the 02 shop and asked them to show me where they would go to, they could not find them neither, through a search with apps too, nothing came up, so looks like they must not have been completed somehow with the downloads.

They might not have been completely downloaded and installed.

Go back to the Market and tap on "My apps", see whether you have them in there. If not, try installing them again, one at a time.

The downloaded apps. are saved in /data/app folder. Tap on the selected app. and choose install. There is need to get "Root Explorer" from Market.

On a similar nature - I was 'trying' to download some games from a couple of free android sites ... I didn't see anything obviously doing the download, and I dont have a /data/ directory available under the /sdcard/ on MyFiles.
Is the /data/ directory parallel to /sdcard/ ??
Is there anything I need to create to allow the downloads ??
Is there something I need to allow/deny to allow downloads ??

TIA

Simon

The games downloaded are saved in "/mnt/sdcard/download" folder.
Haven't you got it?

I have the download folder under /sdcard/, but there is nothing there, which confirms my thought that nothing was downloaded :-(
