Hey guys,

I opened my new phone today, charged it and I am anable to transfer my old Contacts list from my old Nokia to my galaxy S. When I select Contacts > Menu> Import/Export>Import from SD Card, it says that there are no vcf files on the SD Card? And when I select Import from SIM card, it says there is no contacts. I have not connected to Kies yet.

Can anyone help me? Cheers, Linda

Format is probably different.

Another way to do it is to transfer all your Nokia contacts to sim and then transfer them to your Samsung using that same sim.

I know it's done already but i just want to share another option. Some sim cards have limited capacity on contact details so you can simply transfer via bluetooth. That's what i did from my nokia communicator to my first android device before
