Crying I have reset my SG-S to factory settings twice before when it started acting up on me. My apps would be entirely erased but it was fine with me because I could always get them from the Market. My photos, music and videos however (stored internal memory) would not be affected and would always stay in my phone.

But one day, while I was chatting on my phone, it hang and no matter how I press back, it would show my homepage and a blank black window. I switched it off and on but would still get the same result.

I had no choice but to reset to factory settings using the codes 2767# etc.

I knew my apps would get deleted but I wasn't expecting that it would also wipe out EVERYTHING.

 Crying
Now, can someone pls tell me how I could recover my photos, videos and files? They were stored in the  internal memory.

Thanks a lot.

I recover my deleted files in my samsung phone with this software:http://www.kwitsoft.com/data-recovery-mac.html, you can try it. By the way, I recover it on my iMac loptop.

It is possible to recover files from the sd card of the phone, you can use some recovery tool to perform it, but for the data saved in the internal memory, I think it is hard to recovery them, because there is no way to make the computer can identify the internal memory as a drive(unless your phone can not plug memory card, so you can try to use Android Data Recovery to recover lost files from Samsung Galaxy S internal memory.
