Widget on the screen?
Tap long on the widget and pull it into the basket.

Not widget on the screen but widget in the widget list. Long tap and drag to bin only deactivates it. How do you completely deleted it from the phone?

I have read the posts about removing widgits and please excuse my lkack of knowledge or techno-savvy, but when I go to settings>applications>manage applications - I get a list of my apps but I don't see where I can tap 'all'.  If I touch the menu, it only gives me sort or filter.  If I touch the widgit I am trying to delete, it opens the information on it but there is not a delete option.  I will greatly appreciate any help.  The guy from the cellular company said I would have to do a hard reset to remove a widgit.  That didn't sound right to me, so HELP, plz!!!!!
