Here is a link of app's that were recently identified as carrying a virus. this was taken from PCworld; check your phone as you may have downloaded an app that is on the list.

Well they have been removed by the Market so you can't download them, if you did prior to the discovery then google says they fixed it. I on the other hand recommend a Soft Reset.

Are you sure the lists are accurate? Some apps may be on the list due to a hoax.

Apps are listed via author name.

If the blacklisted authors made the app it made the list.

Sorry for the late Reply.

The Function is supposed to be the same.

They are only supposed to differ in initiation.

The Case in Android is the Soft Reset Seems to be better at the function then the Hard Reset.

Both are supposed to Restore to Factory defaults. Hard Reset seems to not clean everything as well as a Soft reset.

hiya,

soft reset = vol up + power button - hold them both together and the phone will reboot.

but back up everything before hand just in case.
