I have recently purchase Samsung Galaxy S Anycall Korean Version. I am facing a problem related to SMS. The sms converts to MMS. I installed different applications like GoSMS Pro, BigSMS, Handcent etc. but with these application I face the problem of sending SMS. Whenever, I send SMS with these applications, it fails. I have searched through internet and this forum as well but could not find the answer. Please help.

It also converts SMS to MMS when sending a text to several people at a time, something which I have never encountered before. The woman at Vodafone did remove (most of) the charges from my account after having to explain it to her an extraordinary amount of times, and her genius solution was "send all of your texts seperately in future". Clearly this is a fairly obvious solution to the problem, but absolutely ridiculous that I should have to do this when the facility to send them all in one go is there, and works perfectly fine on all other phones without incurring charges.

My problem is solved now. I have installed GO SMS Pro and now I can send as long message as I desired to as many person as I desire.

Hi, i have the same problem. i installed Go sms pro but sms sending fails everytime. can you please advise?

go to settings > About Phone > Status
Now see if you number is added here or not. If not, then this is the cause of message sending failure. Samsung Galaxy S do not provide the option of adding number, therefore, insert your sime in any NOKIA or some other old Samsung Phone and save your own number. Now insert your sim in Galaxy S. Problem is resolve now
