Hi everybody,
While I was testing the browser of Samsung Galaxy S at a shop, I noticed that the screen is not as bright as I expected. Why do you think?

In shops they can show you whatever they want. When you buy a TV often you will tend to choose the one with the brightest screen...but it was certainly set for brightest by the vendors...a question of budget... I have an HTC HD2 and a Galaxy and there is no comparison (not just regarding the screen... :-)
Oh, btw...my HTC's screen cracked by itself once, I took it into HTC assistance (they didn't recognize the warranty so I agreed to pay 201 Euros...), and HTC took over 4 (four!!) months to fix it. I got it back, and now I found it cracked again. Samsung has a Corning fabulous tough brilliant screen...Don't be fooled by what you see in shops, the super AMOLED is incredible..even side by side (for real)
