phone keeps forcing close after froyo update

i updated to froyo over a week ago and havent had 1 problem , today tried to open the android market to see what was new and it would say " no connection-force close" so i turned my phone off then back on , when it turned on it vibrated like 5 times ( never done that before ) and now almost all the apps force close when i try to open them and it also vibrates the phone when i open it , ive never done lag fix or even tamperd with the phone , anyway to fix this??

i reset my phone yesturday, back on 2.2 ... everything is good now , i really hope i dont have to send the phone in for them to fix it
