I use both on CM7.

what is the kernel compatible for my fone so I can overclock it? tks

Maybe yes. Try it:
1. flash this kernel via Odin/Heimdall.
2. open Root Explorer and go /system/etc/init.d: What can you see?
3. Grab "SetCPU" from Market and try setting your kernel.
