Hi


I am looking for a note pad which I can alter/write from the computer and syn to the phone.

any suggestion?

the  memo can do that - but I want a note pad though.

Try Evernote.

You can jot notes down, record audio, bookmark websites, ect.  Those notes can then be organize according to topics.

Best part is that it is cross platform, comes with a desktop client for your computer, and has extentions for chrome, firefox and perhaps IE.

One more vote  for Evernote here.
One of the main feature is its easily sync with PC.
