hi,

i have two issues with my galaxy which i got a week ago. the first thing is that i can't use gps because i couldn't find a way of installing the maps for gps. the second issue is related to google earth, i have tried to install and everytime i browse to the page from where it is istalled, immediately after that another page is displayed and says that my phone does not support this application. would someone help me out on these two issues.

Hello Mousa..

I had lots of problems since i got my SGS in August, i did not that the official dealer (BCI) had such great customer servuice and support.

I got my device upgraded to Froyo like a month agio and it it's working like a charm! solved out all gps and installation issues, plus i got the market on my phone which does not come preloaded on devices sent to our region.

I suggest you pay them a visit.
