I recently transferred a bunch of photo's onto the phone that I had cropped to exactly 480x800 pixels so that can be displayed full screen without enlarging them.  Is this the best way to have pictures on thew phone or is there a better way?  I assume that had I cropped them to say 50% larger to 720x1200 they should display exactly the same way but I should then be able to zoom into them with better results?

Once I'm sure that I'm on the correct track I'm going to add another element to the equation because within the next few months I hope to get a tablet which can display at an even higher resolution.  Don't get me wrong the pictures on the phone display really great but on a tablet they will be much better.

I expect that on a tablet I will also be able to play music when doing a slide show which the phone doesn't appear to offer.

My wife always complains that all of out old pictures are on the PC & she won't look at them in the albums so I intend to transfer 1000's of them onto a tablet.  I don't want to have to crop & enhance these pictures twice if I can avoid it.  Any ideas?
Best Screen Protector

Thanks in advance
