Podcasts imported from iTunes

Hi, First post so be gentle.

I've got an S2 to replace my 3GS and I'm getting to grips with the Kies software, which seems to do well with importing my playlists and audiobooks, but I'm having trouble with podcasts. Does anyone know of a way to suscribe to a podcast thats not listed on the Kies podcasts or if there's a way to simply copy them over from iTunes? I've tried to copy links directly from iTunes for the podcasts I want but it doesn't seem to work. I've also tried putting podcasts into a playlist but that doesn't work either. Any help appreciated.
