We can access our email, personal contacts etc.. but can someone tell me how we access the company contacts kept in public folders. Any help would be much appreciated, our IT company says it can't be done. Then goto your Contacts, press the Menu button and tap [More]... Select [Display options]... And check [All contacts] under the Exchange Account name that you've created above... We get the users email and contacts from the users MS Exchange profile but not the public folders.
