Try removing all unnecessary USBs connected to your PC, except for the keyboard and mouse (if they're USB).

Restart your PC, then run Odin.

Select the zImage-root.tar on the PDA, check it. Make sure again that "Repartition" is not checked and "PIT" is empty and unchecked.

Put your device into Download mode first, then connect it to your PC.

Make sure that ID:COM is lighted and on the Message said <ID:*/**> Added!! (The COM port number might be different, but it's okay), then click on Start.

When it's done, DO NOT disconnect your device from PC yet.

Let the phone boot until it enters charging mode then disconnect the phone.

Re-enter Download Mode

Load the original kernel_ZSJV6.tar. file as PDA only, no pit and no re-partition (same as above), connect the phone and flash the original Kernel.

Disconnect the device from PC after it boots up.

You mean it's not moving from there?

You're flashing on another PC?

No problem. It's good to try different PCs.

I, too, want to get it fixed.

Did you re-download the zImage-root.tar? The file should be 6,470KB in size.

Can you try flashing the ROM again?

So you'd completed step # 7, flashed the zImage-root.tar.

Try switch off the phone (by removing the battery), close Odin and continue from step # 15.
