I am trying to upgrade the firmware on my Samsung Galaxy S. I have installed Kies but it won't let me update firmware until I update Kies. When I try this the update freezes at 49% and says the internet is not connected. Have tried both wireless and wired connection but the same thing happens. How do I get around this problem?
