Firmware update Problem

I updated my Samsung S I9000 Through Kies..
Firmwareversion : PDA:JVH/Phone:JVO/CSC:JV3 (XEE)

when i was Trying my Navigon Navigator. It makes an Error. Every thing ive bought through Android.. Crash.. And wants me to force shotdown.. and then its closes.

Ive tryed to Reset to default fabrik settings. and did a copy of all items i had on..
But didnt help on Navigon.. still crashing and wants me to force the program to close.

Then i wanted to ude the put back in the items i did a safe copy off. but then it wants a password for it. but i never did a password...

Anyone knows how do deal with this problem.. been trying to get through Online support and Call em.. but cant get through,... ?

I did a factory reset. and Downloaded Navigon from the Android. still says the same...

Any chance i can Roll back the firmupgrade..  ?
if yes.. how do i do it
