im currently using GB 2.3.5 XXJVT / Jetpack v6-plus- JVT.
Can i upgrade to 2.3.6??

I've used all of them.
-TH: the best one. I like it, I flash every new build use it then switch from it to others. I need ROMs where there are problems, bugs, etc.
- Onecosmic's/SGSICS: like TH.
- MIUI: I'm on it. Not the best. There are some things to solve it. I like it's UI.
-Vibranturk's ICS: based on TH. Very nice.
 - etc.
For first try the best is TH. Simple to flash and the best one for me.

Download all the 4 files:
-build15
-gapps7.1
-faceunlock
-gapps fix
How to install:
-go to recovery via 3 button combo.
-factory reset+wipe cache
-install build15 and gapps7.1
-factory reset+wipe cache
-reboot.
