i just rooted Cool and did the lagfix. Quandant @ 2301.  Shocked
the kernel version is STILL 2.6.29 root@SE-S604 #2.
Firmware version : 2.1-update1
Baseband verson: I9000DXJG4
Build number : ECLAIR.DXJG4

the advantage of rooting is the lagfix(OCLF app)..i'm tired of the lagging. the more things u install as the day goes by, the more it lags. so no choice. think if u can do the lagfix, it already mean u are rooted.
i'm still unsure of Android SDK.   HUH? i use the ROM manager to backup my ROM as mentioned in the link.
