HELP!!! Tried to change System Font and now phone wont boot past At&t screen

Ok so I was carefully following directions on how to change the font on my galaxy s captivate on this link;

then as soon as I click "ChangeSystemFonts.sh" my phone automatically rebooted and now remains on the At&t screen vibrating in dashes. On top of that I can only enter the Android system recovery screen and I cannot reinstall packages because the file does not exist.
