Any easy way to clear/history/cache/data/cookies?

Any simple way of clearing out all history/cache/Data/cookies all in one shot with an easy app? I hate having to go into my browser and then into settings to clear these. I know they got a history cleaner that clears it all including Market search history. I know they have a cache app that a rooted phone can use... Any easy way to clear the browser from everything easy? any automatic type of cleaner that would do this on it's own?
