USER FEEDBACK(tested on Samsung Galasy GT-i9000):
- Quadrand 1020 Score without any lagfix
- This one is very fast the best until now
- Seems stable, smooth and no lag.
- GPS is Good!

Procedure:
1.unrar JPO_JPO_U_JPP__Odin__pit.rar
2.Open ODIN. (And close Kies, if you have it open. It is important to have ODIN open BEFORE connection the phone via USB!)
3.Select the PDA and .PIT files in Odin.
4.Turn the phone into the download mode by pressing and holding VolumeDown+Home+Power.
5.Connect your phone with your computer and wait until the drivers are installed.
6.When the drivers are installed, click Start.
7.The phone will be flashed and once it’s finished, it will boot up. (Do NOT disconnect the usb-cable, remove the battery or otherwise interrupt this process!)
8.You have successfully flashed your phone.

Thanks for the official ROM guys, Iv been waiting for this for a while now and it runs perfectly on my cell. Its so cool to have forums like this because I come from South Africa and things always seem to hit our country last! And KIES just doesn't do the trick for me. I also flashed my cell with Vodoo for Froyo which made the phone even faster. I used RyanZA OCLF for Eclair, but I heard that it creates a "fake" bench mark score.

My benchmark score with Eclair (XWJM8) and RyanZA OCLF was 2250,

and with Froyo (XXJPO) and Vodoo it is 1580,

But the phone feels faster with Froyo and Vodoo  Big Smile

Thank you also for the ROM file. I also have made the update and it works fine so far. Before update my version was: PDA:XFJM1, Phone:XXJM1, CSC:OXFJM1. Now it shows PDA:XXJPO, Phone:XXJPP, CSC:XAJPO Build Info: 2010.10.
No specific settings lost so far and all the applications are present, only one thing to mention: the shortcuts on the home screens are missing, I had to put the shortcuts back, but I guess it is not such a big deal. I cannot tell yet if it is faster or not, or if battery life is improved or not. The general appearance is different, live colors and more meaningful icons in the settings menu.
I will keep you informed if I will identify additional information to be told.

Best regards,

Gabriel
