Very very new to Forums Can't find out how to extend Contact list information

Hello there, being a 'Newbie" well I am new to all forums not just this one, I am a 60 year young lady who has just upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S I have found all that I wanted to and how apps upon apps and am thoroughly enjoying the phone in general, BUT  there is one thing thats driving me to distraction  when I put in the contact info its just the name mobile phone number and the email address, BUT there is an extended list somewhere, I have had it before but I don't know how I selected it and this is what I want to know how to do it, it comes up with a whole lot of info questions, address, email address, photo of the contact etc., etc., but do you think how I managed to get it? please can someone help me before I put my self in the loony college. And if I have posted this in the wrong place then I apologise and would like to know more about how I enter questions on this forum etc., etc.,

For more information of a contact, you'll have to input them first.

Open your Contacts and tap on the contact that you want to add more info...



Press the Menu button...



Select [Edit]...



Here, you can add all information of the person...



If you want to add/change the photo, tap on the photo placeholder...
