Dear All,

Can someone help me? Windows user, now decided to go Android and feeling let down! Why? Well........the SG 2 is good, in most ways and i like it......but cannot carry my office along with me? I am unable to sync my outlook mails even with KIES and this is not good. Why cannot Android come up with a solution as of yet. It is almost a month i am using SG 2 and i am getting tired of not having my outlook mail folders with me. Also is there any update available for Gingerbread. Here in UAE we are still on 2.3.3 and i beleive new editions are out?
Thanks -- jjmj28

I also have that problem.  I just want my Outlook contacts to sync.  I used a trial version of Companionlink - it just gummed up my computer.

I wrote in and they said they would get back to me - several days later I am still waiitng.

I am used to using a palm device to store data.

This device is a problem in that what I used it for (a portable filecabinet) is apparently not possible.

Sorry I bought the phone.  It is not for business people.

Anyone tried any of the other software products to sync?

Further on this subject, using KIES software on the PC  and then by suncing it with your SG 2 phone you can sync the outlook calendar and contacts - this is quite simple. But what is annoying is that one cannot sync the outlook mail folders - and for business, this is very important. I wonder how SAMSUNG did not think of this sceanrio and also ANDROID, what happened to them on this aspect? Please ANDROID..............if you are reading, do provide us with a simple solution so that we can be PROUD owners of the the SG 2 and the anrdoid application or else pretty soon, you will have only school kids and collegians and may be some general public happy with ANDROID> Most will return back to the Windows ar even the SYmibain systems and all of your efforts to reach this status will go aways!!!!!
