Hi all Happy
I cant hear the caller talk when I answer my phone unless I put it on 'speaker phone'. Can anyone tell me where I have to go to fix the volume or turn volume on again so I can hear the caller without using the 'speaker' option.
cheers!

During a call, try increasing the volume using the volume up key to the side of your phone.

Hi, thanks for the tip....I tried this (set to maximum volume) but it didn't solve the problem. Any other suggestions?

If you're not hearing anything AT ALL from the earpiece then it's probably a hardware problem that you should have looked at by a samsung tech from your dealer. But if you're hearing something just not loud enough then I guess there's really not much you can do since it's already maxed out.

I just had this exact problem and used the factory reset option and its all good now. If you havent saved your contact list to your sim be sure to write them all down to re-enter as you will lose it all. Hope this helps anyone else out there experiencing this problem.  Smile
