I had the same problem and figured out that you must enable Mobile Data to send and receive pictures via text.
What do you mean mobile data? Friday I could not receive a MMS picture from a Verizon customer with the iPhone and never had a problem with his pics before. So now it is an iPhone and a blackberry phone. I am coming up on my 14 days and can't seem to figure out what to do and if I am going to have problems with this I need to trade the phone in. Tech support could not help me.
MMS messages are sent and received via Mobile Data. The same service is used by your browser but the setting for each do differ (sometimes).
If your MMS settings aren't set correctly, the outcomes can be MMS messages not being sent, being sent but not received or my favourite, messages getting lost in cyberspace.
