Ok so i'm pretty dissapointed with the Galaxy S2 Ice Cream Sandwich update, because of samsung's touchwiz, it doesn't look at all like ice cream sandwich ui on galaxy nexus, so I'm trying to find the best custom rom (or if it is possible i would like to keep stock rom just change the ui without launchers) to get ics on my device. I would like the rom to be as pure as it gets, of course i'm looking for stable rom with no mistakes.
Anyone has any suggestions what i should try?

As of now CM9 is not stable... But you can give a look in to the Domination theme from XDA... And then install the Apex launcher.
