Now when I connect to Kies I get the message "your device does not support upgrading via Kies" have re-booted phone and PC with no luck. Has anyone come across this before. Thanks in advance. Re: Upgrade Problems « Reply #1 on: November 26, 2011, 12:42:32 PM » On the main Kies screen you have a button "Troubleshoot connection error" which will reinstall the Kies drivers completely. Try that. Works usually.
