Hi everyone Laugh

Can anyone please help me?

I have a new phone and it keeps turning off, it did this at day 6 when I first bought it and I called the guy who sold me the phone to tell him and he said to try a factory reset.
I did this and the phone has been ok these past 3 weeks, untill last night it started doing it again ! only this time it keep switching itself off more frequently,

I use my phone for an alarm because of the work I do and if it switches itself off naturally I do not get the alarm, this causes all sorts of issues for me....what shall I do?

Thanks in advance to all who answer my reply...

I have also noticed the special pattern lock wont work for me, it did when I first got it and then it started playing up, but thats the least of my problems with it at the moment.

What version of firmware is on your phone? 2.3.3? Or earlier?
