Hi,
I received the following error when I setup the Exchange Active Syn email account
Setup could not finish
Activation Failed. Unable to connect to network. Try again with network provider default APN.
In additional of that, tried to setup Samsung Account through the phone also failed. It says something like couldn't connect to server.
I have done the following
- Mobile service provider confirm APN setting is correct
- Confirm able to browse Internet and receive Gmail with 3G ( after turn of Wifi )
- Confirm able to browse Internet and receive Gmail with Wifi ( after turn off 3G )
- Confirm able to setup the Exchange email account in iPhone ( So, not server or ISP firewall block issue )
Suspect the phone couldn't talk to Samsung server for activation.
Does anyone face similar problem and know how to resolved the problem?
