I keep getting this message.  The problem is it only happens when the charger is disconnected, and keeps popping up every time I accept the info.  The problem with this, is it holds the screen on all the time until the battery runs down to about 40%, which is only about 4 hours with the screen running all the time.  If I plug the charger in, the popup goes away.  The battery voltage is up to 4100 mV (battery Spy).

Is there a way to reset the charging system or battery.  I have reset the calibration table a couple of times but it didn't seem to make a difference.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check it out every one. here is a tip I figured out all on my own. Even sounds impossible for me to believe but I did.  My old but still in perfect condition Samsung Galaxy s2 Smart phone started flashing this warning saying "Charging Paused Voltage too high" and after reading forum upon forum about it and not finding a result I took it to the dealer and of course after telling me that this 2 year old phone is like brand new it was all about needing a new phone well I go home and I'm messing with all the setting and even rebooted it back to factory specs. and nothing worked so I got brave.  I went to my shed and got my can of electronic cleaner. Took a new tooth brush. I took the battery out and took the mini usb plug while it was unplugged from the wall and sprayed into it and brushed it with the tooth brush. I then sprayed onto the brush it self and before it dried I scrubbed the prongs inside the plug in area and let it dry. I did the same for the prongs for the battery and the copper strips on the battery it self. and whalah!!!  No more warnings and the phone is working perfect  but don't just spray directly into the phone. use a tooth brush. Problem Solved.
