Hi there,

I am having exactly the same issue, did you happen to find a resolution, as I noticed you had no replies and you posted this a number of weeks ago.

You might let me know, because without the ability to sync my new Galaxy via bluetooth it dramatically reduces functionality.

Thanks,
Mark

Go to your notebook's page and download the bluetooth stack.

What's your problem? Is there no BT. connection between your phone and the PC?

Go to your "Control Panel"  and then open "Device Manager". Now open "Bluetooth Radios". Open one of the Bluetooth files that are available and then select the "Driver" tab. Then click "update driver". You need your WIFI on and a connection to the internet. You lap top will now access the internet and download/update all bluetooth drivers.
Once the download is complete, unpair you computer and phone and then discover and re-pair them from scratch. The new driver will connect your phone and lap top.... and life will be good again.
