Alright after I upgrade to 2.2 the world time was one hour ahead. I am from UK and UK has only one common time. When I check my world time it says London 6:00 PM when it is only 5:00 PM! My phone says 5:00 PM so is the whole country. But 2.2 is one hour ahead! Are there any other people here with same as mine? If not then how can I change my world time to make it correct.
From what I see, Android 2.2 world time is stuck to original time and was not automatically changing to DST.

Are you sure you set your "Select time zone" setting correctly ? If not, set it to your time zone (GMT+0:00), otherwise, I hope your network has a time server (check the box Automatic).
If both don't work, then Froyo has a serious flaw.

Well I found out that I have to delete the London entry and put it back and it will show the correct time. That's done.

In that case, try to uncheck Automatic, and see how that goes.
