no Data

Hi GUys, as of last week I successfully unlocked my Galaxy S G4 which was T mobile.  I have a ATT Go with data card but not gettign access to the data/ email etc.

Wireless works fine with full internet and email access.
the 3g box sometimes has color and sometimes doesnt.

Settings:
Use packet Data    (checked)
Data Roaming       (checked)

Point Access name: At&T 310 410
APN:  wap.cingular
proxy: wireless.cingular.com
Port  : 80
Username: wap@cingularprs.com
server: not set
MMSC: Http://MMSC.cingular.com
MMS Port:   80
MCC: 310
MNC: 410
APN Type: internet + MMS


any ideas would be great....  I did check my ATT GO and it does say data and when i put it into the cheapo phone the internet works .. so must be a setting or something.
