Voice prompts can't be heard in navigation mode in Mobile Maps 9.0

I've installed Mobile Maps 9.0(MM9) on my Galaxy S. It runs fine. I even connect to GPS in a few mins (at times in seconds). But in the Navigation mode I can't hear the voice prompts. I've checked all the settings and they are in order:-
(a) Voice is enabled ('Disable Voice' appears on the Settings screen).
(b) Media volume of the mobile is set to maximum.
(c) I've un-installed and re-installed MM9 twice.
(d) I've contacted Sygic.com customercare but they are unable to solve the problem.
can anyone tell me as to what may be the problem??

Hi everyone,

is anybody know wat app is the more awesome GPS app with sound direction.......

coz the GPS comes with the phone is without sound direction....i found it very unuseful.....
