This happened to me yesterday and i found out how to solve it!!!!!!!



The only bad thig is you will lose everything from your phone Crying



1.wait 5 mins when your phone has fully tuned on(if you turned it off)

2.get a diffrent phone and call your self

3.when it appers that you have a call,  in the bootom of the screen you will see reply with message or something like that. slide it open

4.after you did that hit the home butten

5.(now wait the problem is not solved because if you leave it like that it will go back to how it was) .after you have it the home button quickly go to settings and go to pravacy and factory reset it

6.after that you problems are solved

  Keep in mind everything will be erased

Glad you recovered use of your phone. Did you find out how to do it here because the steps you list were also given by mcmotorsport, biljana, quoted by natjen in this thread. It's good to give credit.

Well casz I did this with out knowing that I someone did it to so I just wanted to share this with anyone that had the same problem.       Sorry if u felt that I stool  the idea I give full credit to me and all other people with the same idea.

Hi, I had to post my solution for this problem. You can get by the "too many pattern attempts" WITHOUT a factory reset.

Quite a few people from different countries have confirmed that this method works. I hope it does for you, too.

My samsung galaxy s II is block because my friend play the unlock pattern my phone was block "too many pattern attempts" but I forgot my gmail account I try any gmail account but i can't access it please help me I can't use my phone na  Crying Crying

Thanks to MCMOTORSPORT for helping with his possible solution! It worked for me and saved my son from nearly being killed by his mummy  Sticking out tongue !
THANKS!!!

The solution:

1) I put my SIM card
2) I called from another phone and answered the call
2) Press the touch button that is on the left winged “home” button
3) There appears a menu with 3 options, "Contacts", "Notes" and "SIM services”
4) I selected "SIM services" and lower the drop-down menu at the top.
5) Press the home button (the square in the middle), I went to the main menu, Settings, Privacy and data factory reset.

I lost all installed applications and some data but I got my phone back, hope you find it useful.

When I bought a Galaxy III, I deactivated my Galaxy S and gave to my daughter to use for games. She managed to lock it after too many pattern attempts. When I type in the user name and password I originally used in setting up the phone, the password dots disappear and nothing happens. I can't call myself because the phone is deactivated. Any other suggestions?
