Kies has the Drivers for the phone.

Then Make the settings like this:

1. Session Type: Tracking

2. Test Mode: S/W Test

3. Operation Mode: Standalone

4: Start Mode: Hot Start

5: GPS Plus: On

6: Dynamic Accuracy: On

7: Accuracy: 30m

8: GPS Logging: Off

SUPL/CP Settings:

Server FQDN Type: Custom Config
Server: supl.google.com
Server Port: 7276
SUPL Secure Socket: OFF
AGPS Mode: SUPL
