Having my previous phone Nokia N97 I received very detailed sms delivery reports. If recipient had his phone off at the time I send sms I was notified with a 'pending' status. At the time he is turning his phone on and actually receive the sms, I was notified that the message is 'delivered'. For my great disappointment this doesn't happens now with my Samsung Galaxy S i9000 regardless I use the same carrier and the same sim card.
 How can I improve that?
