Today I purchased Samsung TV-Out, it works perfectly!
But normal 3.5mm jack to RCA will not work!
Attached my Samsung Gueniue TV-Out.

Lol, i hate to break it to you but you probably just wasted 30$ on a cable you can get for 3$


a standard cable DOES work.


you have to go into the settings menu > display > scroll down to the bottom and click Tv-Out. Make sure its checked to on.

For those still having problems, try fully inserting the cable into the phone and partially removing the cable 2-3mm.

I just found out that there are many types of rca cable, depends on the type of pin-out. There is no "global standard" as there are DVD-type pin-out, camcorder-type pin-out, etc. where the diffrence is on the pin (color) possitions.
I bought "standard" 3.5mm to RCA that seems to be for DVD, and it won't work.
I will wait my "samsung type" then, bought it on ebay for $4.
