Hi all,

i have an intention to delete all file in my Galaxy S' internal memory..

My question is can i mount it in USB mode and format it like normally you do to a thumbdrive?

Or are there other method?  HUH?

Hope you fellow Galaxians can get back to me as quickly as possible.

TQ

Actually that's quite a good and interesting question!

I think that it won't work..however you can always try it with a external memory card as that it less sensible for mistakes!

Let me know if you have any news!

Goto [Settings] > [SD card and phone storage], under "Internal SD card", tap on [Unmount SD card] then [Format SD card].

No, factory software are in the partitioned 2GB memory. If you use some move to SD apps, then maybe third-party software will be affected.

Yes, that's the way to do it.

Factory reset before AND after the update. Have a clean firmware.
