Hi guys.. I have problem with my messaging in my Galaxy S. I use SMS quite often, mostly to my loved one, but I always get these problems.
1) Sometimes my phone will receive a part of the new sms, broken up and interrupted with an old sms. For e.g.
ME: Dear.. meet up for lunch later at Macdonalds.
Dear: Okay, what time?
ME: 2pm? What time you will be free later?
Dear: (It will be shown as "2pm? What time
up for lunch later at Macdonalds?[/color]"[/i])
You get what I mean? Sometimes it may sound correct, but sometimes it won't. And I will be receiving some messages like these some times too!
2) My phone tend to auto restart it self when some applications hanged, or I will restart the phone myself, but then the message which I may have send ages ago, like months ago, will be resent to the person again after I restart the phone! WHY??!
3) This is more recent. My friends will receive SMS which are not intended for them. The awkward part will be that when these messages are meant for my dear, or even worse, gossips about them. =/
Any idea why these happened and how to solve it? I used to have a older version of Android when these problems happened, then i reformatted it, and installed the newer 2.3.3 version (I went to SAMSUNG SERVICE to do it,) and it happens again! PLEASE HELP!!! =/
I am using GTI9000 with firmware 2.3.3.
