I have been able to sync in the past but now it comes up with msg ' An error occurred, syncing cancelled'. There is connection with the phone using Kies and contacts sync OK. I've done a factory reset and retried but still the same message comes up no matter how small the period I try to sync.
Kies version 2.0.0110044_11
Windows XP
Samsung Galaxy 551 (GT-I5510)
Android version 2.2

The problems with Kies are really frustrating and I wish I had stuck to my Palm handheld for my calendar.

Any ideas on what to do to sync correctly?

Sync your calender with gmail then let it auto sync with your phone.

Peace.
