Hey, I have a samsung galaxy but I'm experiencing a few problems,

1. I can only talk on the phone and listen to music with my headphones on (I didn't have this problem before).

2. The usb won't work on my computer for some reason (I can't upload any videos, pictures, etc.)

3. Youtube videos won't work for me but the internet works fine.
