Hi,
Today I tried to install the firmware update for my Galaxy through kies, and it seemed to have successfully downloaded onto the device. However, now the phone is unable to start up, and gets to the screen where is shows the big S, then crashes and tries to start up again on a continuous loop.
What can I do to have this problem solved.
Your help is appreciated as I have no idea of what to do!
Can you get to download mode using the 3 button combo?
1. turn off your phone and wait 1 min.
2. press and hold "volume down" then press and hold "home" then press and hold "power" buttons.
The yellow digging android should appear in 2-4 sec.
Turn off your phone by removal the battery.
