Hi guys, I just recently picked up one of these phones after upgrading from a iPhone 3g and am quite happy so far. I have a concern that hit me right away however. My phone doesn't seem to want to connect to my data network. I can connect to wi-fi but once i lose range, my internet stops completely. Can anyone help me out?

Another thing is that in my call log it displays text messages as well as calls. Can i make it only show calls?

Hi,

1.Settings>Wireless and network>Mobile networks. Check "Use packet data".
2.Tap on "Network mode", select "auto mode".

Look in Settings > Wireless and Network > Mobile Networks (check if packet data and data roaming are checked) > Access Point Names and check if your carrier is there and see it all the settings are correct. In that Access Point Names area, hit the menu button and hit restore to default.
