If that's the case, I recommend you take it to where you purchased your phone and demonstrate the problem. Most probably they will repair it or give you a replacement. I have exactly the same problem with my Galaxy S2. I had it repaired by the retailer . they removed all the original downloaded software and reinstalled them. they blamed and charged me for this, cause I had installed a few applications. Again after installing some applications, the problem returned. I've been tired of failing to find a solution .
