Micro sdhc card

Hi all, just upgraded my Sansung Icon to a Galaxy

inserted my sdhc card from the Icon but the Galaxy won't recognise it Sad

Any suggestions, would rather not have to buy a new sd card.

You needing a new SD card depends on if Settings > SD card and phone storage > displays your external SD card total/free space properly or not. If nothing is there but Format SD card is available, format it (after you copied the files from it from another SD card reader of course). After the format, you can copy the files back.
If no options are available, it probably is time for a new SD card (maybe after you borrow another one from a friend, to see if that one is working, otherwise your device is defect).

Hi Floor,

What is the size of your Micro shdc card?

According to the Samsung web site, the max supported is 32Gb.

Otherwise, I can only suggest what Kim is saying as well. In addition to that, i'd try your card in another friend's phone and see if that works, or at least, putting your tiny card into the SD adapter that probably came with your card, put it in your computer, and see if that works too...
