Hi.

I know this question has been asked before, but nothing helped.
With KIES connection I can see the contents of my phone. However, in mass storage I cannnot.

I have USB debugging OFF, and set USB to Mass Storage.
I connect the phone to the PC, and 2 drives appear in My Computer. I click the "Connect" button on the phone to allow USB connection, but nothing happens on the computer. I tried this on many other computers and it worked, except for mine.
I have Windows 7 x64, but I also tried it on another Win 7 x64 computer and it worked, so there has to be something with my computer.

Now, the interesting part. I leave the phone connected and the connection open, and restart my computer. When it's loaded I can see the phone connected and I can see the contents. This is what I want. However, if I disconnect the phone and reconnect it, again in mass storage, click the connect, same story. I can't access the drive. It tells me to put a removable drive in.

I tried different drivers, uninstalled KIES, you name it. Nothing worked. An I really doubt it's a problem with the drivers as long as it works OK if phone is connected during boot.

I have a Gigabyte P67A-UD4-B3 motherboard in case anyone knows this to be the issue.

I really need this to work.

Thanks
Best Screen Protector
