I sould have said I have still got all my contacts on my phone. But I can't add contacts to them either from the keypad or applications where contacts have gone.

Are your contacts on the Sim Card or the Phone Memory or Google?

Can you clarify if you can see your contacts or not?

Peace.

Hi,
My contacts are saved the phone, also syc with google.
I can put contacts into google and they come into my contacts on the phone.

I can see all my contacts, but I can't enter any new contacts.
When I go into appliactions to add contacts, contacts arn't there.

But I can't entere contacts directly into my phone.

Regards
John

Ok so you can't add to existing contacts and you can't make new contacts. Right?

Peace.

1) wrong section, you're looking for cell phones under electronics
2) Go in to the google account on a computer and see if the contacts are there (if they are, try restoring them a few times, it can be finicky)
3) The contacts MAY be saved to the sim, try importing them from there.
4) Go over the settings in the phone app carefully and make sure you miss nothing
5) Contact recovery apps sometimes work, but don't get your hopes up
6) Google it extensively if you are still having problems.
