International calling cards and pauses

I find the response from Samsung a bit strange, as my dialing menu, clearly has the P command (thereby entering a ", "character).
Do you mean, you saved the numbers with the "," 's and it doesn't work ? Or that you didn't even save it yet with the "," ?

Yes, maybe you shouldn't add the "," yourself when you enter a contact. Try entering it in the phone menu first, and after a successful call, add it to the Contacts. (I hope, I'm not sure of course, I don't have a number to test it on).

Here's the P(,) menu > Go to Phone (Keypad mode), the Pause command is now available if you press the menu (soft) button (the one on the phone, totally left down corner, not on the screen). For me, 4 blocks appear (Speed dial settings, Send message, P(,) add 2 sec pause, W( Add wait.

If you dial the number and it works, but after you add it to the contacts, and doesn't work anymore, it's probably some kind of bug.
